send your timberland boots to the ABVE studio and get them painted for freeee

firstly the rules since they’re the most important bit:

only timberland 6 inch boots but can be any colour
send in with box preferably
shoes can be beat and scuffed but not dirty - if you are not sure ask @abveallelse
also no smelly feet - you know yourselves
add order number and colour choices written on the box
shoes have to be attached to an order number - no order number no customs
tracked shipping to us is recommended - if its not tracked you're taking a risk

now the general info

deadline for send ins is 27th of May
you are responsible for shipping them to the studio; address will be given in a follow up email after order
returns are 7th June UK, 27th June International
shipping cost at checkout covers the cost of shipping your boots back to you only
sender must track their own order to ensure it gets to the studio so use reliable delivery systems
returns will be shipped 7th June (UK) & 27th June (International)
orders outside of the UK are responsible for any import fees that may occur
freestyle options are completely random but most definitely will be fire
the graphics are for illustrative purposes only - the painting will extend to the outsole
if the required info (order number & colour choice) is missing with your shoes, then you might get back a random pair in your size ngl

Shipping Details

How long will my order take to complete

Pre-made items will ship within 1 week of purchase
Made to Order Items will be completed within 5 business weeks and shipped within a week of completion due to quality checks.
Because items are made to order - completion time may vary against expectation. In order to avoid disappointment, we advise not to order for anything last minute or specific events with the expectation that orders can be rushed.

How long will my order take to ship

From completion, shipping times vary between countries and regions, some of the typical shipping times are shown below

Customs Charges

Customers are responsible for the customs import fees unless otherwise stated. (There are no customs fees for orders inside the UK)
Refusal to pay customs will not result in a refunded order

Returned Packages

If orders are returned to us there are 2 options, the price of the item in store credit or the item sent out again after shipping fees have been paid again
Packages are returned when there are issues with the address, or when the delivery is missed and not rescheduled. To prevent this it is recommended that the address is double checked and correct

Lost Parcels

Once your package has been shipped out, we have no control over the shipment of your package, make sure to contact royal mail to find out the location of your package.
For international orders, once it reaches the country of delivery, contact your local post service for more details. Once it reaches the local offices, the order is out of our jurisdiction.
